The super hit films director Pawan Wadeyar has finally bought a house (partially loan) at Marenahalli near Vijayanagar.

The proceeds of his ‘Googly and Ranavikrama’ spent on the new house he bought at Rs.1.75 crores. He has named his new house as ‘Durga Nilaya’. It is on 33x55 dimension the house is situated. It is also good for setting up office for his script work and story discussion.

Pawan Wadeyar at the time of success of ‘Govindayanamaha’ had no penny in his pocket. It is Googly and Ranavikrama that has made him bit comfortable, his parents in the family felt happy. That is because Pawan left a software job in London to take up direction.

As of now ‘Jessi’ in Dhananjay, Parul Yadav, Sumalatha Ambarish in lead roles is complete. Just now ‘Boxer’ of Dhananjay got released. He waits for some more time to release ‘Jessi’.

Pawan Wadeyar was shooting near Gavi Gangadhareshwara temple when this journalist met him on the sets of ‘Nataraja Service’.
